Step 2: Design and Material Selection

Once we understand your vision, our design team creates a custom plan for your kitchen. This includes detailed floor plans, elevation drawings, and 3D renderings that let you see the finished space before any demolition begins. You will be able to visualize cabinet placements, countertop materials, backsplash patterns, lighting layouts, and appliance locations.

Step 3: Detailed Pricing and Contract

After the design is finalized, we provide a comprehensive, itemized estimate that breaks down every component of the project. There are no hidden fees and no vague allowances. You will see exact costs for materials, labor, permits, and any structural or mechanical work.

We also review financing options, including 0% interest plans, so you can choose a payment structure that fits your budget. Once you approve the plan and pricing, we schedule your project and secure all necessary permits.

Step 4: Pre-Construction Preparation

Before demolition day, our project manager walks you through a preparation checklist. This includes:

• Clearing cabinets and countertops of all personal items, dishes, and food
• Setting up a temporary kitchen in another area of the home (a folding table, microwave, coffee maker, and access to a bathroom sink work well for most families)
• Protecting adjacent rooms with dust barriers and floor coverings, which our crew installs
• Establishing a schedule with clear milestones and communication checkpoints

We coordinate material deliveries in advance so everything is on-site when needed, minimizing delays.

Step 5: Demolition

Demolition typically takes one to three days depending on the size and complexity of your kitchen. Our crew removes existing cabinets, countertops, flooring, backsplash, fixtures, and appliances. We handle all debris removal and disposal, keeping your property clean and organized throughout the process.

If your remodel involves structural changes such as removing a wall or enlarging an opening, that work begins during this phase as well.

Step 6: Rough-In Work (Plumbing, Electrical, Structural)

With the kitchen stripped to the studs, our certified tradespeople complete all rough-in work. This includes:

• Electrical for new circuits, recessed lighting, under-cabinet lighting, and updated outlets

Step 8: Final Walkthrough and Quality Inspection

Before we hand over the keys to your new kitchen, our project manager conducts a detailed walkthrough with you. We inspect every element together, from cabinet doors and drawer operation to grout lines and paint touch-ups. If anything needs adjustment, we address it on the spot.
