Meet Sami Berrahou — Our Founder
Founder of The Flooring and Remodeling Shop — an MBA-trained Plano business leader who built the company on fair pricing and personal accountability, not the lowest bid.

His Background
Sami’s career in flooring and remodeling began right after he graduated from the University of North Texas with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. He was recruited by a local flooring and remodeling company, where he learned the business under an experienced CEO before moving through sales and management roles at other local companies in the same market.
While working full time, he went back to school — earning his MBA with honors in 2011.
In the years that followed, he worked directly with local flooring and remodeling companies to improve their sales, installation, and management processes, drawing on his industry knowledge, his business education, and hands-on experience managing thousands of flooring, kitchen, and bathroom remodeling projects.
He founded The Flooring and Remodeling Shop in 2015.

Sami built this company on a simple belief: customers deserve honest pricing, personal attention, and a team they can trust in their home — not necessarily the cheapest bid, but a fair one backed by real accountability.
